ASTEL Flat Elevator Cables are designed and manufactured to Ultra flexibility demand of CCTV Cameras in Elevator applications. ASTEL FEC SFTP CAT6 BC+2S has Stranded Copper as a center conductor with HDPE Insulation with Foil and Tinned Copper braid Shielding. The Center Conductors 4Pairs with Dual shielding are enclosed with inner jacket. It has two GI Steel Strength members on either side of the center conductor. All the cores are protected with Ultra Flexible PVC Jacket for repeated bending and traveling of elevators.

Installation Notes:
Flexible cable should be tied with the cable rope by using high tensile cable ties at a gap of every 10 cm.
When fixing the connectors, please give five loops of cable atleast with 20 cms diameter and then fix the metal shielded RJ45 Connector.
Metal Shielded connector should be with Boot and can be directly plugged in the IPC.
